The shincha window
Japan’s first-flush (新茶) season runs roughly through spring, moving north region by region as the harvest does — and the timing shifts with the weather every year. This page lists the release and restock dates carried by CHANOMA product and news pages; it isn’t a forecast, and a producer’s own announcement is always the last word.
